Terms and conditions of sale
The French version of these terms is the reference text.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of water packs and their delivery by “Eau Express Bruxelles” to private customers (consumers). We do not deliver to businesses or shops.
2. Prices
A pack of six 1.5 L bottles costs €3.00. Delivery is free from 5 packs per order; below that, it costs €2.50. The prices shown on the site are the final prices.
3. Orders
Customers order on the site, or by message or phone on 0489 64 63 79. An order is final once Eau Express Bruxelles confirms it by phone or message, stating the delivery day and time. Eau Express Bruxelles may refuse an order outside its delivery area.
4. Regular delivery
Customers can ask for an automatic delivery at regular intervals. There is no commitment: it can be changed or stopped at any time by message, no later than the day before the next delivery.
5. Payment
Payment is made in cash only, on delivery, to the driver. Nothing is paid online. The customer (or a person of their choice) must be present during the agreed time slot to pay; otherwise, a new delivery is arranged.
6. Delivery
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 23:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. Products are delivered to the address given and left at the entrance of the home or building; they are not carried upstairs. If no one is present at the agreed time, a new delivery is arranged by message.
7. Cancellation and returns
Customers can cancel their order free of charge until the day before delivery. Delivered and paid products may be returned unopened within 14 days, in line with the right of withdrawal; they are collected on a later visit and refunded in cash.
8. Complaints
Any damaged pack must be reported to the driver or by message within 24 hours. It will be replaced or refunded.
9. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
