Everything you need to know
How do I pay?
Cash only, on delivery. Nothing is paid on the site. Be there during the time slot you chose to pay the driver, and have the exact amount ready if possible.
When will I be delivered?
We deliver Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 23:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. You choose your day and a 2-hour time slot when you order, then we call you to confirm.
Where do you leave the packs?
At the entrance of your house or building: in front of the door or in the hall. The packs are not carried upstairs. As payment is in cash, someone needs to be there to pay the driver.
What water do you deliver?
Mountain spring water in packs of six 1.5 L bottles, bought from major supermarkets. Call us to find out which brand we currently deliver.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Just send us a message or call us on 0489 64 63 79, no later than the day before delivery.
Do you deliver to businesses?
No, we only deliver to private customers, at home.
